Private Sessions are by appointment only. 1pm to 10pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

Fitness sessions are 60 minutes in length

Relaxation session are 60 or 90 minutes in length

Space is limited. Please contact me to hold your spot.

Feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or towel for personal use.

Avoid food/drink at least 2 hours before class.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start of class.

No admittance 15 minutes after the start of class.
